Diana Mendoza (she/they) Operations Coordinator, in this role, she provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth workflow of daily organizational activities while simultaneously creating and maintaining efficient systems and contributing to the overall success of BMMA. She is a certified lactation educator & counselor and a full spectrum doula with over 13 years of professional and personal experience in reproductive justice praxis. They hold a degree in Global Studies with an emphasis on the wellbeing of Indigenous migrant women of the diaspora and their kin. Diana has extensive experience as a bilingual organizer, educator, facilitator, and program manager. She has worked with education and health systems across southern and northern California. Diana and her family are new to South Atlanta. They enjoy nature walks, drinking coffee, dancing cumbias in the living room, movie nights, holding babies, and bird watching.
