Diana Mendoza (she/they), Operations Associate, is a certified lactation educator & counselor and a full spectrum doula with over 13 years of professional and personal experience in reproductive justice praxis. They hold a degree in Global Studies with an emphasis on the well-being of Indigenous migrant women of the diaspora and their kin. Diana has extensive experience as a bilingual organizer, educator, facilitator, and program manager. She has worked with education and health systems across southern and northern California. Diana and her family are new to Atlanta. They enjoy nature walks, drinking coffee, dancing cumbias, movie nights, holding babies, and bird watching. In this role, she ensures efficient daily operations at BMMA, managing financial processes, data accuracy, inventory, and HR tasks. She coordinates meetings, supports fundraising, assists, and provides training for staff.
