Dr. Tonni Oberly (she/her) serves as a Policy Analyst Consultant for BMMA. She has over 10 years of public health experience at the local, state, and national levels. Dr. Oberly earned her PhD in City and Regional Planning and her Master of Public Health with a specialization in Health Behavior and Health Promotion from The Ohio State University. Her research and practice focus on the intersections of place, racism, and maternal and reproductive health outcomes. She is committed to advancing policies and practices that dismantle systems of oppression and drive liberation within marginalized communities.
